Event Guidelines


1. Teams must have with them at all events, a copy of their current roster.  For tournaments, current roster must be turned in or approved before first game played.  For league, roster must be on file with league prior to first league game.  It is the responsibility of the team to keep the roster updated. 

2. Teams must have with them at all events, proof of age of all team members.  Legal proof of age is required such as birth certificate, drivers license, passport, etc.

3. Teams must have proof of adequate insurance for participation in USSSA events unless provided by event host.  Adequate insurance is defined as at least $1million in liability cover with medical coverage included.
